Well, actually, She’s Linda Hogan, the wife of the former WWE superstar Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea. Linda was in news because she filed for divorce from her wrestler husband last month (Nov. 2007).
According to the local Fox News TV channel WTVT, Linda Bollea submitted legal documents in Florida's Pinellas County Court demanding a permanent separation from her husband.
The news was really a bolt from the blue for Hulk Hogan. He told the St. Petersburg Times that he had no idea she had filed for divorce.
When Hogan was informed by a reporter that the paperwork was submitted in court, He stated to the scribe, “I'm kind of shocked. You caught me off guard. My wife has been in California for about three weeks. ... Holy smokes! Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me. ... I just pulled over to the side of the road for five minutes to find out what was going on here."
Hulk Hogan and Linda Hogan starred with their two children in the VH1 reality television series "Hogan Knows Best." The recent episodes show the normally close couple attending marital counseling, but they eventually reconcile.
The family was also in news, after 17-year-old Nick Bollea was arrested Nov. 7 on reckless-driving charges following a car crash.
