Wentz Denies Ashlee's Pregnancy Rumors
The rumors that fiancée Ashlee Simpson is pregnant. The bassist, back-up vocalist, and primary lyricist of Chicago-based band Fall Out Boy. He called the news – that he and Ashlee Simpson, 23, are expecting their first child – a "witch hunt".
"There is a witch hunt for people to be pregnant whenever they get engaged in Hollywood. This is all news to me. I can't wait for the story about how I'm really in a gay relationship and this is all just a cover. ... I mean really, this is crazy. ... I mean we're engaged, that's true, and happy about it," wrote 28-year-old Pete to MTV News Monday.
When asked if he was denying reports that Simpson is pregnant, Wentz replied, "Yeah! But, they're already out there. But, hey, whoyagonnabelieve?”
